The Services and Security Management department is dedicated to maintaining a safe, secure, orderly, and well-maintained campus environment at Azal University for Human Development (AUHD). We oversee facility maintenance, campus security, logistical support, and resource management to ensure a seamless and productive academic atmosphere for students, faculty, and staff.
Our core mission is to uphold the highest standards of safety, operational readiness, and facility upkeep, providing a stable foundation that empowers all academic and administrative activities across the university.
Core Functions & Responsibilities
Campus Safety & Security
Protecting university assets, monitoring campus access, enforcing security protocols, and safeguarding the welfare of all students and staff members.
Facility Maintenance & Infrastructure
Managing building maintenance, utility upkeep, equipment repairs, and infrastructural enhancements to ensure optimal functionality across all university facilities.
Logistical Support & Operations
Providing comprehensive logistical arrangements for university events, examinations, conferences, and daily institutional operations.
Environmental & Health Safety
Enforcing health standards, campus cleanliness, safety regulations, and emergency preparedness measures across all university zones.
