Personnel & Administrative Affairs
Managing personnel records, payroll administration, institutional compliance, and staff welfare services strictly in accordance with national labor standards and university bylaws.
Performance Evaluation
Implementing structured appraisal systems to reward excellence, support continuous career progression, and maintain rigorous quality assurance benchmarks.
