The IT Support Management department acts as the technological backbone of Azal University for Human Development (AUHD). We architect, maintain, and secure the advanced digital infrastructure that powers modern academic delivery, electronic administration, and high-speed campus connectivity.
Our core mission is to spearhead institutional digital transformation, safeguard sensitive data assets through rigorous cybersecurity frameworks, and deliver responsive, high-quality technical assistance to empower students, faculty, and administrative staff across all university sectors.
Core Functions & Responsibilities
Digital Infrastructure & Networks
Deploying and maintaining resilient high-speed campus networks, robust server architecture, dependable internet gateways, and scalable enterprise data systems.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Enforcing rigorous information security policies, continuous firewall monitoring, data encryption protocols, and systematic disaster recovery backups.
Technical Support & Helpdesk
Providing proactive troubleshooting, hardware and software lifecycle maintenance, and responsive helpdesk assistance across all academic and office facilities.
E-Learning & Digital Portals
Managing electronic administrative systems, university portals, and digital learning environments to ensure seamless interaction and service delivery.
