Students of the Bachelor of Pharmacy at Azal Human Development discuss their graduation projects

As part of the requirements for obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Azal University for Human Development held graduation project discussions for Pharmacy students. Two groups of students presented their research as a fulfillment of the degree requirements.
The first group presented a research study titled:
"Protective and Risk Factors of Neurocognitive Dysfunction among Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Yemeni Patients," under the supervision of Dr. Aisha Sabr. The participating students were:

The second group presented a research study titled:
"Evaluation of the Quality of 16mg Uncoated Candesartan Tablets from Various Companies in the Yemeni Market." This study was supervised by Prof. Dr. Ali Jamal Al-Kaf, Head of the Pharmacy Department Dr. Waddah Al-Baadani, and external examiner Prof. Dr. Shatha Hassan. The participating students were:

Recognition and Appreciation
The examination committee members praised the students’ efforts and commended the quality and significance of their research in the medical field.
The students expressed their gratitude to their supervisors and professors for their support and guidance throughout their academic journey. In a post on their class Facebook page (link here), they shared:
"This academic journey was filled with challenges, yet it was an opportunity to gain knowledge and refine our research skills. We extend our heartfelt thanks to our research supervisor, Prof. Dr. Aisha Sabr, for her continuous support and guidance, as well as to our internal examiner, Prof. Dr. Waddah Al-Baadani, and external examiner, Prof. Dr. Adnan Al-Jaradi, for their valuable feedback. Special thanks also go to the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Dr. Adel Naaman, the Academic Coordinator, Dr. Khaled Al-Ajaj, and the esteemed faculty secretary, Ms. Alaa Mohammed Mujam, in addition to all our colleagues and professors."
At the conclusion of the discussion, attendees emphasized the importance of these research studies in enriching scientific knowledge in the field of pharmacy and their role in serving society by addressing critical health issues.
